wiz1.us back, Fill PDF Service still a bit slow
wiz1.us seems to be back (I think it’s generally been working anyway, since it uses hook_boot() and doesn’t have to bootstrap much). Fill PDF Service is still somewhat slow but does seem to be loading now. The host mentioned that some packet loss is occurring, so I guess that’s what it is. Hold out a [...]

Fill PDF Service and wiz1.us temporarily down
The host is experiencing a DDoS attack on the node which has my VPS in it. Though this sucks, it’s simultaneously kind of exciting. Should be back soon, in any case, and I’ll probably implement some redundancy measures.
Meetup API Tools Seek Co-Maintainer, Further Developments Possible
Always wanted to entitle something like that. Anyway, I’m certainly not getting anywhere fast on PHP Meetup API Client or Meetup API on drupal.org. There are issues on both expressing this. DTLA Re-Gifting
A neat thing about raffle prizes at Drupal meetups is the community aspect. Sometimes you win a prize for which you have no use and can give it back for use at another meetup. This happened to me a couple months ago at the Downtown L.A. Drupal meetup. I won some online design-related training that [...]
Drupal Camp Sacramento Area 2011 Conference Report
This weekend, I attended the first DrupalCamp in the Sacramento, California area. It happened to be held in Davis, a location which worked for me. Some of you might know that I was talking about taking Amtrak’s Coast Starlight up to the Bay Area. I indeed did. Here’s some pictures: (flickr link coming soon; I [...]
